Timothy Gerard Nortum
Timothy G. Nortum, age 54, of Harborcreek, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
Born in Erie on October 28, 1966, he was a son of John and Shirley (Stebich) Nortum.
Tim graduated from Iroquois High School in 1984 and was a member of Wesleyville Baptist Church. He was employed by Ehrlich Pest Control for 13 years. Tim was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, camping, and attending truck events at Yankee Lake in Brookfield, OH. He married Michelle Brocious in 1992 at Wesleyville Baptist Church. Tim loved spending time with his family, especially his son, Levi, whom he adored.
Tim is survived by his parents, John and Shirley Nortum; his wife, Michelle Nortum; his son, Levi Nortum at home; his sisters, Doreen Buckel (Richard), Marlene Silbaugh (Charles), Colleen Dykins all of Erie, Charlene Meadows of Tampa, FL, Addy Purchase (Greg) and Chrissy Capitol both of Erie; his brothers, Matt Nortum (Kayleigh) and John Nortum both of Erie, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Sarah Nortum; his brother in law, Anthony Meadows, and his niece, Jenny Schwein.
Visitation will be held at the Wesleyville Baptist Church on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 10:00 am until the time of the Memorial Service at 11:00 am. Due to Covid-19, CDC guidelines will be followed.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the family in care of Wesleyville Baptist Church, 3509 Buffalo Rd., Erie, PA 16510.
