Fred L. Peterson
Fred L. Peterson, 73, of Millcreek Township, passed away at Manchester Commons on June 15, 2017.
Born in Erie, PA, on October 28, 1943, he was the son of the late Harry and Irene (Seminoff) Peterson.
Fred's education included Jones School, East High School (Class of 1962), and Gannon College, earning his Bachelor's Degree in 1976. He enlisted and served in the United States Marine Corps, spending a year in Viet Nam. He was a professional photographer by trade, and at various stages in his life pursued his interests as a swimmer, golfer, trapshooter, and gardener.
Fred is survived by his wife, Linda (Nash) Peterson; his daughter and son in law, Amelia and Matthew Sheret, and his grandsons, Avery and Logan, of Estero, FL; his sister, Phyllis Collins of Sherman Oaks, CA; his niece, Janet Silk of San Francisco, CA, and his brother in law, Gary Nash and his wife, Carol, and his nephew, Sean Nash of Erie.
