Leroy “Sonny” John Heliker
Leroy “Sonny” J. Heliker, age 70, of Le Boeuf Township, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021.
Born in Erie on June 6, 1950, he was a son of the late Milton C. and Nina (Lamp) Heliker.
Sonny was a truck driver and enjoyed playing poker, hunting, and fishing. He loved to spend time with his family.
Sonny is survived by his sons, Joseph Heliker and his wife Elizabeth of Wattsburg, and Luk Heliker and his wife Nicole of Harborcreek; his daughter, Jasmine Hulsinger of Erie; several grandchildren, and many brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Sonny was preceded in death by his loving companion, Linda D. Hulsinger on May 8, 2021.
There will be no viewing or visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
