Chris Christensen

Chris Christensen, age 60, passed away on January 31, 2020 at Corry Manor after a long battle with a neurological disease.

Chris was born in Corry on February 25, 1959, the son of Norma Keefer Christensen Hunter and the late Fred Christensen.

Chris graduated in 1977 from Corry Area High School and shortly after began employment with Raymonds/Barnes Group.  He retired due to ill health after 35 years of service.

Chris enjoyed fishing, ice fishing, hunting, archery, bowling, and golf.

Chris is survived by his mother, his sister Christine Maine of Corry; his brother Fred Christensen, Sr. of Grampian, PA; his nephew Fred Christensen, Jr.; his aunt Carole White; his step sister Nancy Higgins (Ronald); his step brothers Frank Hunter (Theresa) and Tab Hunter, Sr. (Debbie), and several cousins.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by an infant brother; his step father Francis Hunter, Sr.; a step sister Alma Kay Daley; a sister in law Mona Christensen, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Per his request, there will be no services.
