Gary Pratt
Gary Pratt, 79, of Erie, passed away at home on Friday, May 26, 2023.
He was born in Erie, PA on December 21, 1943, son of the late Earl and Edna (Brown) Pratt.
Gary graduated from Fairview High School and was a meat cutter for Super Duper market and retired from Tops market, both in Erie. He loved working in his garden, doing word puzzles and watching wrestling on TV. Gary and his wife Bonnie enjoyed riding around the city and county sightseeing and occasionally stopping for a picnic together.
Gary is survived by his wife of forty-three years, Bonnie (Strenio) Pratt; daughters, Gingerlyn Krapf and Paula (Jim) Pencille, both of Wattsburg, PA; a sister, Janet Petersen of Clarksville, TN; a sister-in-law, Mary (David) Strenio; brothers-in-law, Gerald (Lina) and Robert Strenio. Also surviving are four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jamie Pratt; three grandchildren, and four brothers-in-law, David, George, William, and Thomas Strenio.
