Ronald Elwin Post, Jr., age 73, of Venango Township, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 following a brief illness.

Born in Erie, PA on October 24, 1950, he was the son of the late Ronald Elwin Post, Sr. and Theresa Marie (Yeager) Post.

Ron loved daily walks in the woods, summer trips to Cook's Forest and spending time with family and friends.  He also enjoyed repairing things around the house or just tinkering in his shop.

He is survived by his wife, Linda (Turner) Post; his sons, Earl Post (Chelsea) and Edward Post (Kaitlyn); his sisters, Patricia Chang (James) and Paula Demeter (Tim); his cousin, Mary Ellen Olszewski (David); his brother-in-law, William Turner (Ann), and many nieces and nephews.  He is also survived by his cherished friends, Donna and Bob Bailey, and Tim Shumac.

In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his sisters, Pamela Mielewski and Peggy Wozniak.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Ron on Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Wilderness Lodge, 13448 Weeks Valley Road, Wattsburg, PA 16442.
