George A. Huff, Sr.
George A. Huff, Sr., age 78, of Corry, PA, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 at Warren Manor, Warren, PA.
He was born in Corry, PA on November 10, 1941, son of the late Jesse E. and Emma A. (Dunton) Huff.
He was raised and educated in the Spring Creek area, and attended Corry High School. In his younger years, he worked for McInnis Steel, Corry Manufacturing, and General Electric as a machinist. He later became a truck driver, retiring in 2007. He was a past member of the American Legion, Corry Central Labor Club, and the V.F.W.
George enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and NASCAR, being a Dale Jr. fan. He loved all animals. He was a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.
He is survived by his sons, George A. Huff, Jr. and his companion Theresa Doutt of Corry, and Gregory Huff and his wife Chris of Corry; his brothers, Herbert (Carol) Huff of Spring Creek, PA, Robert Bugbee of Sugar Grove, PA, and his sisters, Eleanor Devereaux of Corry, Harriet Sherwood of Corry, Lulabell Carlson of Warren, and Silvia Proctor of Corry. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Alisha and Thomas Huff, Jennifer Laurin, and Crystal Manross; 7 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jesse Jr., Joe, Raymond, Charles, and Kelvin, and his sister, Naomi Doutt.
There will be no viewing or visitation. A Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
