Jean L. Kiehlmeier

Jean L. Kiehlmeier, age 75, of Millcreek Township, passed away on November 15, 2016, at home, surrounded by her immediate family.

Born April 10, 1941 in Erie, she was a daughter of the late William and Winifred (Denning) Edinger.

Jean worked at several places including Keystone Laundry and Gannon University.  She worked hardest at being a mom, grandmother, and great grandmother. 

Jean enjoyed going to bingo, scratching bingo tickets, and her goodies, and helping her entire family.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Lee Keihlmeier; 3 grandsons, Joel Jefferey, Randy Thomas, and Nicholas Lee, all of Erie, and a great grandson, Joel Jeffery, Jr.  In addition, she is survived by 3 brothers; Jerry Edinger of Cleveland, OH, James (Joyce) Edinger and William (Judy) Edinger, both of Erie; 2 sisters in law, Debbie Edinger of Ohio, and Marcia Edinger of Erie; several nieces and nephews; the son she never had, James Oswalt; neighbor and good friend, Charles Murawski, and long time friends, Virginia Lewis and William Peyton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 5 brothers; Tommy, Ricky, Robert, Dave, and Richard Edinger, and a sister, Judy Graham.

There will be no viewing or visitation.                                                                                                     

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her daughter, Brenda Kiehlmeier, 2919 Shannon Rd., Erie, PA 16510.
