Linda June Kobielski
Linda June Kobielski, age 72, of Erie, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021.
Born in Erie on January 18, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Louis and June Kobielski.
Linda is survived by her children, Kathleen Wilson, Sean Cathey, and Kelly (Brian) Marks, and her grandchildren, Gage, Cole, Troy, and Drew Marks. In addition, she is survived by her siblings, Pat Kobielski, Gayle Kobielski (Tony LaPlaca), Louis (Diana) Kobielski, her dog, Gracie, and countless friends, especially Gerry (Tina) Sorci.
Linda graduated from Harborcreek High School and Edinboro State College. She was a drug and alcohol counselor and psychologist at the Erie County Prison, and an EmergyCare EMT. Linda and Gerry were work partners for 15 years! Linda loved decorating her home, especially every holiday. She did her Christmas tree in a different theme every year! She loved going to antique and thrift stores, going to the beach, and going to watch the Cleveland Indians (long live Chief Wahoo!) and Browns. Win or lose, she was happy to be at Progressive Field. Her favorite vacation was going to Sanibel Island. She was very much looking forward to going one more time in November. Linda was a bright and positive light that will be greatly missed by her family and multitude of friends.
