Kelly Lee Thomas
Kelly Lee Thomas, age 57, of Erie, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022.
Born in Erie, on August 18, 1964, he was the son of the late George Lee and Mary Lee (Groves) Thomas.
Kelly worked in restaurant management for over 25 years. Golfing was his passion, and he loved playing golf with his brother, Mark, and friend, Doug. He was an avid NASCAR fan and loved meatball subs. He was a member of the Knights of St. John and Sacred Heart Ushers Club.
Kelly loved spending time with his daughter, Kioko, the sunshine of his life. Everyone loved Kelly. He would do anything to help anyone.
Kelly is survived by his wife, Tammy Thomas; his daughter, Kioko Alatar and her husband Gavin; his son, Cory Thiem and his wife Cassie, and their daughter, Evy; his brothers, Danny Thomas and his wife Mary, Mark Thomas, and Matt Thomas and his wife Lisa; his twin sister, Shelly Payne and her husband, William Eric, and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Askins Cremation Funeral Services, 8354 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, PA 16509.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
