Helen Frances Zack
Helen Frances Zack, age 82, of Erie, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023.
Born in Erie, PA on July 24, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Lauretta (Rogers) Waiter.
Helen enjoyed her job, waitressing at Coney Island in Wesleyville. She loved the color pink and was known for the bows she wore in her hair. She enjoyed reading, and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Elvis.
Helen is survived by her daughters, Sherrie Zack, Margaret Fleming, and Lauretta Zack; her son, Richard Zack; her brother, Reynold Waiter; her grandchildren, William Zack, Deana Nieves, Teana Diaz, Juan Acevedo, Madeline Acevedo, Anamarie Acevedo, Jovanee Acevedo, Aaron Zack, Adam Fleming, Brandon Fleming, and Val Fleming, and several great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Zack; her son, Michael Joseph Zack, and her sister, Ruth Waiter.
There will be no viewing or visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
