Andrew Anthony Formichella
Andrew Anthony Formichella, age 64, passed away at LECOM at Presque Isle on September 25, 2017 following an extended illness.
Andrew was born in Sharon, PA on July 18, 1953, the son of Andrew J. and Kathleen (Peiffer) Formichella.
He lived in Pennsylvania and Texas for parts of his life. He was employed at various jobs but most enjoyed his time in law enforcement.
Andrew is survived by his children, Drew (Lindsey), Cailey, and Mary, all of Texas. Additionally, he is survived by his mother, Kathleen Peiffer, brothers Lee (Janet) of Erie and Robert (Dawn) of Mercer.
There will be no viewing or visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
