William E. "Will" Mickel Sr.
William E. Mickel Sr., age 76, of Erie, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019.
He was born in Welch, West Virginia on April 20, 1942, the son of the late Ted Sr. and Willa Mae (Dickerson) Mickel.
He served in the U.S. Military. William owned several businesses.
William enjoy the company of his children and grandchildren, going to the Movies, and going down by the lake.
William was preceded in death by four brothers, Ted Jr., Peter, Ronald, and Darrell Mickel; 3 sisters, Jessie, Polly, and Tina Mickel, and 1 niece, Anastasia Mickel.
Survivors include his daughter, Latonya Mickel; 2 sons, William Mickel Jr. (Jenn) and Howard (Butch ) Mickel; their Mother, Doretha Ollie; 6 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 2 step great grandchildren, and two brothers, Howard and Steve Mickel.
Also surviving are three sisters, Geraldine Mickel, Ina Chandler, Sheila Parker, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 6:00PM at Abundant Life Ministries, 806 Parade Street, Erie, Pa 16503.
