Jean S. (Smitheman) Turnbull Seaman
Jean S. (Smitheman) Turnbull Seaman, age 91, of Waterford Township, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025.
Born in Middlesbrough, England on July 4, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Smitheman.
Jean loved music and dance, earning several trophies and awards in her younger years in England. She owned and instructed at her own dance studio in Waterford for many years. Jean was an active member of the Asbury Global Methodist Church in Waterford, where she participated in many church functions.
She is survived by her son, Gary Turnbull (Carol); her sister, Pam Campbell; 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Seaman; 1 brother, and 6 sisters.
Services will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Waterford Cemetery.
