Raymond Thomas Mickey
Raymond Thomas Mickey, age 83, of Harborcreek, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026.
Born on October 10, 1942 in Cleveland, OH, he was the son of the late Herman and Eleanor (Cogley) Mickey.
Raymond was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, devoted father of four, and a loving grandfather.
He served his country with honor and lived with strength, loyalty, and a quick wit. He was proud of his Irish heritage. Known for his humor and storytelling, he could make anyone laugh and always had a comment ready. He will be remembered with love, laughter, and the words, “I told you so.”
He is survived by his children, Dienne M. Hatch, Nancy E. Mickey-Masavage, Tammy M. Kostura, and Danny T. Mickey; his sister, Joann Golias; his brother, Edward Mickey; his beloved 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and great friends who became family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Ruth Mickey, Eleanor Luich, and Margaret Modlik.
Following his wishes, there will be no viewing or visitation. Private services will be held in Ohio at a later date.
