Edward J. Weber, Sr
Edward J. Weber, Sr., 70, of Erie, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2026 at UPMC Hamot. He was born in Erie on May 25, 1956, a son of the late Richard and Anna Mortz Weber.
He was a graduate of Ft. LeBoeuf High School. Ed worked in security for Family Health Center in Fort Myers, FL and Zurn Factory in Erie.
Ed loved reading and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant son, Morgan; his sister, Christine Green; and his brother, Tom Weber.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Cherilyn A. Weber; his sons, Edward Weber Jr of Waterford and Jordan Weber of Butler; his grandchildren, Angel Rose Weber-Smith and Odin and TJ Weber and Ivy Rose Weber-Smith; his sisters, Sue Sperrazzo and Emily Zimmer; his father-in-law, Richard Thomas Edelblut Sr; his brother-in-law, Bill Green; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In memory of Ed, people are welcomed to plant a tree in his memory.
