Patrick McDermott
Patrick McDermott, age 49, of Erie, PA, died on October 6, 2016, in his home, from complications due to diabetes.
Born in Erie, PA on January 5, 1967, he was a son of the late Kenneth and Iva Parker McDermott.
Patrick graduated from Strong Vincent High School. He enjoyed spending time with his black lab, "Conan".
He was formerly employed with Verizon, and Agility Marketing. One of his special occasions was when he got his 10-point buck while hunting in Corry with his cousins.
Patrick is survived by his brother, Keith McDermott of Erie; a niece, Sara McDermott of Erie; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his good friend, Michael Anderson of Erie.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Iva Parker McDermott and his father, Kenneth McDermott.
Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Service on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 4:30PM, at Askins Cremation Funeral Services, 8354 Wattsburg Road, Erie, PA 16509.
