William "Bill" R. Schneider
William "Bill" R. Schneider, 79, of Greene Twp., passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026 at his residence surrounded by family. He was born in Erie on September 17, 1947, a son of the late William Edwin and Gladys Carner Schneider.
Bill served in the US Air Force. He worked as a mechanic for many years at General Electric.
Bill was a Mason at the Perry Lodge 392. He enjoyed hunting, reading, and watching football.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Cyparski.
He is survived by his spouse, Mary K. Payha Schneider; his sons, William "BJ" Schneider (Kelsey) of Erie, David Cyparksi of Colorado, and William Cyparksi of Warren, Pa; his daughter, Jeanette Cyparksi of Erie; his brother, Terry Schneider; his grandchildren, Tawnie and Ashley Cyparksi, his great-grandchildren, Sydney and Maisie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
