Floyd “Flump” Foust
Floyd “Flump” Foust, 79, of Warren, PA, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.
Born on December 11, 1946, in Warren, PA, Floyd was the son of the late Merle and Elizabeth “Louise” (Baughman) Foust. He graduated from Warren Area High School in 1964 and proudly served in the United States Army. Throughout his life, Floyd worked at Norris Parts Store, National Forge, GG Greens, and The Rouse. He was also the owner of Floyd’s Keystone Gas Station in Pleasant Township, where many would gather and spend hours hanging out talking.
Some of his last words were, “I’m a hot rod.” And he sure was! He had a love for fast things — especially motorcycles, muscle cars, NASCAR, and drag racing. In his free time, you’d find him driving up and down Pennsylvania with his longtime partner, Carolyn, working on cars, attending car shows, dining with his pals, or sitting on his porch checking the speed of passersby with his radar gun. The “gnome house” on River Road will be greatly missed.
Floyd is survived by his children: Donald (Kelly), Heather (Dave), and Tina (Brian); his sister Lucy Kay Lyon (Gary) and brother Gary (Janice) Foust; his grandchildren: Skylund, Madison, Mason, Isabella, Sonja, Felix, Eric, and Samantha; his great-grandchildren: Skadi, Fletcher, and Tatum; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Merle and Elizabeth Foust; his brothers, Charlie Foust and Roy Foust; and his longtime partner, Carolyn Bedow.
At Floyd’s request, no funeral or celebration of life services will be held. For those wishing to make a donation in his honor, the family suggests directing donations to the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association.
